Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months. If discounted or won in a raffle/draw they have a month expiry from the date of the raffle/draw. If you book an appointment and do not show up the full value of the gift voucher is lost. You can reschedule on the booking link up to 24 hours prior to an app't without charge, however, if you cancel at less than 24 hours notice you will lose your deposit* or 100% of your treatment total, this will be deducted from the voucher.
