After been having trouble with my left shoulder booked a deep tissue massage today which as helped get have some pain relief plus fully relaxation. Thanks. Would recommend this detox.

Another excellent visit to Vanessa’s for my second “Deep Tissue Massage” this month.
I’ve hamstring and cartilage trouble but alternating between physio and massage I think I’m winning the battle albeit very slowly 😟 !

1st ever massage and WOW ! won’t be my last, came out feeling a little sore but now that’s settled down and I’m feeling a bit better … I think my injury isn’t going to be an overnight fix 😟 !
